How can I get a quote for my transfer?
For an instant quote, go to the "Booking" tab. Fill in the form according to your requirements and the rate will be displayed automatically.
How much waiting time is included?
For airport transfers, 1 hour waiting time is included. For other transfers, 15 minutes are included. Beyond that, a surcharge of €1.33/minute applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free of charge. Please notify the driver as soon as possible. We understand unforeseen circumstances, but we ask you to respect the driver's schedule to avoid abuse.
What are the payment options?
You can pay on board the vehicle by cash or credit card to the driver. A deposit may be required on request.
How to recognize your driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name at the arrivals exit. If necessary, he will also contact you by telephone to facilitate the meeting.
Are your vehicles suitable for group travel?
Yes, our premium vans can accommodate up to 7 passengers and their luggage.
