General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between users of the website www.mayerlimo.com (hereinafter "the Site") and the companies Ruby Driver and Avanti VTC, which jointly operate the VTC transport reservation platform under the name Mayer Limo.

1. Purpose of the GTCS

The Mayer Limo Site allows users to book VTC transport services provided by the companies Ruby Driver and Avanti VTC. Each reservation made on the Site implies full acceptance of these GTC by the customer.

2. Provider information

VTC transport services are provided by the following companies:

- Ruby Driver: SIRET 98234009300011, VAT FR47982340093

- Avanti VTC: SIRET 98509803700015, VAT FR70985098037

Each company is independent and responsible for its own services. The company providing the service is solely responsible for carrying out the service and invoicing the customer.

3. Booking Services

Bookings are made on the Site by indicating the details of the journey (departure point, destination, date and time). Requests are then dispatched between Ruby Driver and Avanti VTC according to their respective availability.

A booking confirmation will be sent to the customer, specifying the company that will take charge of the trip and its contact details.

4. Rates and payment

The rates applicable to races are communicated at the time of booking. Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.

Payment is made directly to the company providing the service, in accordance with the terms and conditions defined by the company. The methods of payment accepted will be specified when the booking is confirmed.

5. Reservation Cancellation and Modification

The customer can cancel or modify a reservation by contacting the company directly.

- In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the scheduled race time), charges may be applied in accordance with the conditions of the company concerned.

- All booking changes are subject to vehicle availability and acceptance by the company in charge.

6. Liability

Each company is solely responsible for the service it provides. In the event of a problem or complaint concerning a journey, the customer must contact the company that provided the service directly.

The www.mayerlimo.com website acts solely as a platform for bringing people together and cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage linked to the use of the services offered by Ruby Driver and Avanti VTC.

7. Privacy Policy

The data collected on the Site is used solely to process bookings and manage customer relations. Personal information is shared only with the company providing the service.

Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data. To exercise this right, they can contact the respective companies by email (see addresses above).

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent courts.

9. Changes to the GTC

Ruby Driver and Avanti VTC reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes via the Site or by email.
